Description
The TM-62P3 mine is one of the variants of the TM-62 family.
Designed to disable tracked and wheeled enemy vehicles. Damage to enemy vehicles is caused by the destruction of their chassis when the mine charge is detonated at the moment the wheel (roller) hits the mine detonator. When the tank track (vehicle wheel) hits the fuse cover, it breaks through the weakened section and the fuse mechanism is triggered, which leads to the mine explosion.
The mine is not equipped with a self-destruct device.
Standard, extruded in polyethylene on the side or top surface of the case and contains: – TM-62P3– mine code; – 121-1-94 – manufacturer’s code– batch number– year of manufacture (digits may be different); – TGA– equipment code, based on the table;
